Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Manager of Engagement Management to provide leadership over client implementation project management, lead Engagement Managers, govern project portfolios, and drive continuous improvement across delivery.

Position Overview

The Manager of Engagement Management provides leadership over client implementation project management, leads Engagement (Project) Managers, has accountability for the governance of project portfolios, and supports strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement across client project delivery.

What You Will Do

• Lead the Engagement Manager team (US), providing coaching, resourcing, and professional development to drive team cohesion and performance.
• Advise and support Engagement Managers through client implementation challenges, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership on key accounts, project portfolio, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Intapp client-facing teams and participate in steering committee meetings to ensure high-quality client delivery and strong project health.
• Monitor project budgets, validate CRM data accuracy, and ensure appropriate controls and risk mitigations are in place, including smooth knowledge transfer from Sales to the implementation team.
• Drive continuous improvement across the implementation lifecycle and the wider Business Units, and personally project manage SaaS engagements (20–30% of the role).

What You Will Need

• 10+ years of experience delivering technical projects and programs.
• 5+ years of experience leading a strong, experienced team of Project Managers and Engagement Support resources.
• Experience in Professional Services delivering SaaS implementations and knowledge of the SaaS delivery model.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate successfully across all stakeholders while maintaining a positive outlook and driving successful customer outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail, with proficiency and experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership in a large organization, and experience managing through organizational and process change.
