Job summary

One Physics LLC in Seattle or Tacoma is seeking a full-time Client Services Representative to coordinate equipment testing, schedule physics surveys, and manage physicists’ calendars. You will ensure client satisfaction through strong organization, clear communication, and careful attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

You will generate quotes for service add-ons, handle purchase orders, review and distribute reports, and maintain accurate client data in Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of client service or customer service experience required.
• Experience in a professional office environment; scheduling or coordination experience preferred.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively schedule equipment testing and physics surveys with clients.
• Coordinate physicists’ monthly schedules and site visits.
• Update client data, contracts, and site visit information in Dynamics 365.
• Generate and provide quotes for service add-ons and PO requirements.
• Distribute reports to clients in a timely manner and maintain organized electronic copies.
