Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air is seeking a Client Services Representative to serve as the friendly, solution-oriented voice for our customers in the Seattle area. You will manage a high volume of inbound calls, schedule appointments, and maintain thorough client records to ensure a smooth service experience.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of call center experience, strong typing (45 wpm), and the ability to operate within fast-paced environments while delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Call Center experience preferred.
• Weekend availability 7am–6pm (8h or 10h shifts).
• HVAC & Plumbing industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to talk and type accurately; typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
• Dedicated to providing superior client service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of inbound calls and book appointments for clients.
• Identify client requests and provide effective solutions; de-escalate when needed.
• Use critical thinking to solve client issues with sound judgment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
• Enter detailed records of client interactions accurately while multi-tasking.
• Meet productivity goals and follow call flows and scripts.
