Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience.
• At least 2 years in a customer service environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Typing speed of 45–50 wpm.
• Excellent phone and customer service skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and be the main customer service contact for the company.
• Coordinate scheduling and liaison between clients and physicists.
• Respond to client requests via phone and email.
• Process shielding intake, payments, and job tracking.
• Print and mail reports; manage mail and deliveries.
• Manage office supplies and equipment; maintain office space.
• Prepare job folders and confirm schedules with physicists.
• Billing and updating client records in the online database.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule jobs as they are due.
• Maintain professional office image and housekeeping.
