Job summary

America's Choice Insurance Partners is seeking an Account Manager/Client Services Representative in Wixom, MI to deliver outstanding service to an exclusive client base associated with a major RV retailer.

You will handle inbound calls and emails about policies, billing, and account updates; manage policy changes and renewals; and identify cross-sell opportunities while maintaining precise records and collaborating with internal teams to meet agency revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an administrative or customer support role
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend insurance products
• Strong presentation and objection-handling skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based software
• Familiarity with insurance policies and regulatory requirements is a plus

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in an administrative and or customer support role managing client accounts, insurance operations, or customer service environments preferred
• Ability to assess client needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Skilled at presenting solutions, handling objections, and maintaining strong client relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products and web-based software solutions
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage types, and regulatory requirements is a plus
