Job summary

America's Choice Insurance Partners is hiring an Account Manager / Client Services Representative to serve existing clients with exceptional service and support. You’ll handle inquiries about policies, billing, and account updates, manage renewals, and identify cross-sell opportunities while documenting interactions and collaborating with internal teams.

New graduates and experienced professionals are welcome.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an administrative or customer-support role managing client accounts, insurance operations, or service requests.
• Ability to assess client needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support agency goals by contributing to revenue growth by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products

What You’ll Do:

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in an administrative and or customer support role managing client accounts, insurance operations, or customer service environments preferred
• Ability to assess client needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Skilled at presenting solutions, handling objections, and maintaining strong client relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products and web-based software solutions
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage types, and regulatory requirements is a plus

America's Choice Insurance Partners offers a competetitive base pay of $22 to $25 an hour plus bonus opportunites!
