Job summary

Star Valley Veterinary Clinic in the Town of Penfield, NY is seeking a friendly permanent part-time Client Service Representative who enjoys helping people and their pets. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, file records, and invoice clients in our friendly front desk workflow.

Hours range 15–24 per week with shifts Monday through Thursday and alternating Friday and Saturday. Benefits include a uniform allowance and generous veterinary care for your own pets.

Job description

We are looking for a permanent part time CSR (Client Service Representative) who enjoys people AND pets. Duties include answering the phone, scheduling appointments, filing, invoicing out clients, and many other duties that involve client service. Must be friendly and engaging with customers and co-workers and have the ability to perform basic computer functions within our software system.

Hours will range between 15-24 hours. Must be available Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday , Thursday and alternating Friday and Saturday shifts.
