Swift Creek Animal Hospital in Midlothian, VA is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to greet clients and their pets, schedule appointments, and manage daily front-desk operations with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
• Scheduling appointments and managing daily patient flow
• Answering phones and assisting clients with questions and service needs
• Processing payments and handling client transactions
• Maintaining accurate patient and client records
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and email communications
