Group O, Inc. in Milan, IL is seeking a Client Services Representative to be the primary contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through order fulfillment.

You will work closely with sales, technical support, and account management to deliver responsive service and build lasting relationships. The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, plus experience in customer service and ERP systems.

Qualifikationen

• Two plus years' experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a challenging environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Maintain up to date client information in the ERP System including setting up orders and managing order completion.
• Function as the main point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Resolve client issues and complaints and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Gather, review, and file proof of deliveries and shipping files, monitor orders and expediting tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using the ERP system.
• Educate clients about products and services and guide them through processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to assist clients.
• Collaborate with the client services team to improve processes and experiences.
