Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Two plus years' experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP software.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date client information in ERP, set up orders and manage completion.
• Be the main contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver personalized service.
• Resolve issues and escalate complex ones to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate with sales, technical support, and account management to address needs.
• Gather and file proofs of deliveries and monitor order deadlines.
• Educate clients about products and services and identify upsell opportunities.
