Job summary

Apogee Architectural Metals is seeking a Project Manager for Client Services to lead assigned manufacturing projects from pre-award through delivery. You will coordinate RFI's, change orders, schedules, and client communications to ensure on-time, on-margin fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree and 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing setting, with strong ERP and MS Office skills and a proven ability to build client relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or 5+ years project management experience.
• 5+ years' industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client services management from pre-award through full lifecycle and post-award activities.
• Review POs to estimates for executability and accuracy.
• Coordinate and track RFIs to maintain completeness of project information.
• Coordinate change orders to ensure billable scope.
• Provide schedule revisions and back-order communications to clients.
• Maintain order files per guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.
