Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own an established book of recurring agency clients. This fully remote role operates across the US and Canada, with a base plus commission (50/50).

You will retain relationships, renewals, and drive growth through upsells while coordinating with strategists and the delivery team. You should have agency account management experience, a proven track record of expanding client relationships, and the confidence to carry a scalable quota,

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience in marketing, digital, creative or advertising
• A track record of keeping clients and selling them more work with measurable outcomes
• Comfort carrying a quota
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice
