Job summary

Monroe Community Mental Health Authority in Michigan seeks a Client Services Manager to lead intensive case management and coordinate personalized service plans for adults with behavioral health needs. You will assess consumers, organize services, and advocate for recovery-oriented supports within PCP/IPOS frameworks.

Master’s or Bachelor’s level credentials with Michigan licensure are required, along with experience with QMHP/QIDP populations; prior SUD training and relevant certifications are

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in the relevant field.
Licensure in Michigan required.
Experience with QMHP/QIDP populations preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess consumer needs and coordinate, monitor, and advocate for services through PCP/IPOS.
Develop individual plans of service (FPOS/IPOS) and ensure delivery of rehabilitation services.
Link consumers to external systems for additional resources and opportunities.
Provide crisis support and intensive case management as needed.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work

Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
