Job summary

Monroe Community Mental Health Authority seeks a Client Services Manager to assess consumer needs, coordinate services via PCP/IPOS, and ensure therapeutic, recovery‑oriented care. The role links clients with external resources and maintains a therapeutic relationship to support autonomy and resilience.

Applicants should hold a Michigan social work license and possess experience with inteonal and developmental disability populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with State of Michigan Licensure.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling with State of Michigan Licensure.
• Licensure options: LBSW, LLBSW, LMSW, LLMSW, LLP, TLLP, LPC.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of the consumer and/or the consumer’s family and arrange, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and advocate for services via PCP/IPOS.
• Address both the biopsychosocial status of the consumer and the social system, ensuring delivery of services.
• Provide Intensive Case Management and/or Therapeutic Interventions as assigned, including crisis support if needed.
