Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services in Idaho is seeking a Branch Client Service Manager II to deliver high-quality account management for a defined group of clients. You will build trusted relationships with client contacts, assist with renewals, and partner with the Production team to deliver optimal solutions.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management (or a high school diploma with 8+ years), a Producer's License, and ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service/claims management experience.
• High School/GED with 8+ years client service/claims management experience.
• Producer's License required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, efficient service to internal and external clients through day-to-day account management.
• Lead renewal process to deliver best solution in a high-quality, timely manner.
• Secure existing business and drive sales of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Cultivate relationships with buyers and client representatives.
