Job summary

Monroe Community Mental Health Authority is seeking a Client Services Manager to assess consumer needs, coordinate and advocate for services through PCP/IPOS planning, and ensure delivery of recovery-oriented, person-centered care in Monroe County.

Role includes intensive case management and potential crisis support, linking clients to external resources, and maintaining therapeutic relationships with consumers and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with Michigan licensure.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling with Michigan licensure.
• Licensed BSW/LBSW or LMSW/LLMSW preferred.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or LLP/TLLP considered.

Responsibilities

• Assess consumer and family needs and arrange, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and advocate for services.
• Address biopsychosocial status and social system context in case management.
• Link consumers with external systems for additional services and opportunities.
• Provide Intensive Case Management and/or Therapeutic Interventions as assigned.
• Potentially provide crisis support services, including pre-screening for inpatient or partial hospitalization.
