Job summary

AccentCare in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead the Client Services team across Beaumont, Lumberton and Port Arthur. This full-time, office-based role focuses on delivering exceptional client care, staffing, and branch growth, with a salary in the $40k–$42k range plus mileage.

You will recruit, hire, train, and develop caregivers, oversee scheduling, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure quality standards while collaborating with branch leadership to implement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60+ hours of college coursework required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for delivering exceptional client care and service while supporting the growth and success of the branch.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Client Services team, ensuring timely, high-quality care and support.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop caregivers and team members to maintain a strong, reliable workforce.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling to meet client needs and deliver care as planned.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, caregivers, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
• Drive business growth by expanding services and strengthening referral partnerships.
• Monitor client and caregiver satisfaction and address concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership for on-call operations and resolve issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement initiatives and achieve goals.
