Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor for Personal Care Services in Beaumont to coordinate in-home care and mentor caregivers across Beaumont, Lumberton, and Sour Lake. You will ensure high-quality, compliant patient care and act as a liaison among clients, caregivers, and office staff.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of supervisory healthcare experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. The position is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 hours or more of college coursework.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting. (We’re flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.
