Job summary

AccentCare in Beaumont, TX is seeking an Associate Director for Personal Care Services to lead the PCS team at the Beaumont office. This full-time, office-based role reports to the Director and involves supervising branch staff, coordinating staffing and compliance, and guiding operational improvements.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (associates degree preferred) and at least two years of supervisory experience in home care or staffing, with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of branch staff including recruitment, hiring, staff development and discipline.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and develop corresponding plans.
• Support day-to-day management of office staff, payroll, scheduling and compliance.
• Communicate procedural changes to office staff and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to maintain branch operational consistency.
