AccentCare is seeking a Field Supervisor for the Beaumont area to oversee in-home care teams and ensure high-quality, compliant services. The role includes supervising caregivers, conducting client visits, and coordinating care plans with families and office staff.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• 60 hours of college coursework or more.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare, agency, or community setting (flexible: 1 year leadership + 30 credits substitution).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality and compliance.
• Lead caregiver orientations and support new hires in the field.
• Design personalized care plans with families after needs assessment.
• Communicate between clients, caregivers and office staff.
• Troubleshoot in the field to maintain consistent, compassionate care.
