• Advocate for customers and ensure satisfaction from order to shipment.
• Lead internal conversations to remove issues and improve service delivery.
• Own customer relationships, review expectations, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Balance customer needs with production realities and identify efficient solutions.
• Manage and reconcile aged inventory and billing for slow-moving or obsolete items.
• Handle miscellaneous billing with accuracy and timely documentation.
• Support internal teams with customer insights and updates.
• Partner with Quality and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
