Advatix, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Representative to manage day-to-day project-based requirements for Fortune 500 clients and smaller accounts.

You will coordinate requests and serve as the main contact for marketing and location launch events, working with the Client Services Manager to drive quality execution. The role emphasizes relationship management, calendar discipline, and a strong understanding of retail impact for grand openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, or equivalent work experience.
• Two years of experience in program management.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with senior-level client contacts.
• Track record of exceeding relationship management objectives.
• Proven business acumen, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Aptitude for interpreting contracts and legal documents.
• Ability to travel independently up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined tasks related to client requirements and ensure obligations and program specifications are attained.
• Serve as consultative extension of the client to provide recommendations on project, campaign, and program execution by coordinating with internal departments.
• Execute and support onboarding as defined in client requirements.
• Identify new opportunities with clients to drive revenue growth.
• Identify client health risks and coordinate solutions with other departments.
• Proactively identify and report monthly financial variances.
