Advatix, Inc. in Ohio seeks a Client Services Representative to support Fortune 500 clients and smaller accounts.

You will manage day-to-day project requirements, coordinate client requests, and serve as the sole contact for the marketing and location launch events. Seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional with strong calendar management, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business or related field.
• Two years of program management experience required.
• Ability to develop and deepen relationships with senior-level client contacts.
• Strong business acumen, judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks related to client requirements and ensure program specs are met.
• Serve as a consultative extension of the client to provide recommendations.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks per client requirements.
• Identify new opportunities and communicate with the Client Services Manager to grow revenue.
• Monitor client health and coordinate with other departments.
