Job summary

Advatix, Inc. in Norcross, GA is seeking a Client Services Representative to support Fortune 500 clients and oversee day-to-day project needs.

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will coordinate requests and serve as the main contact for print and location launch events with strong calendar management. This high-touch role requires attention to detail, a print background, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of print substrates and materials (paper stocks, laminates, finishes).
• Ability to build and deepen relationships with senior-level client contacts.
• Track record of exceeding relationship management objectives.
• Strong business acumen, judgment and decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines in a changing environment.
• Understanding of Retail Grand Openings is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 5% and to be on site at the Atlanta facility up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined tasks for specific client requirements and ensure service obligations are met.
• Act as a consultative extension of the client, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Provide recommendations on projects, campaigns, and program execution.
• Assist onboarding tasks per client requirements.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and communicate with the Client Services Manager to drive revenue growth.
• Identify client health risks and coordinate with other departments to resolve them.
• Monitor monthly financial variances and report them.
• Quality check invoices to ensure services are accounted for.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
