Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; verbal and written.
• A positive, professional phone manner.
• Active and compassionate listener.
• A minimum of 2 years of customer service, intake, or referral development experience.
• Attention to detail with an ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite; CRM and EMR experience preferred.
• Excellent work ethic with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in healthcare field strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent. College Degree preferred.
• Bi-lingual is a PLUS

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to inquiries via telephone, email, and website leads.
• Engage with resources to develop referral sources and client acquisition.
• Provide information about Butterfly Effects and services to families and professionals.
• Verify insurance coverage, upload VOB, start of care docs, and referrals into Salesforce/EMR.
• Engage clients in a responsive, client-focused manner to move forward with services.
• Schedule clients with clinical staff to start ABA therapy.
• Evaluate and modify processes as a member of the Client Services Team.
• Collaborate to drive process improvement related to client communication and referrals.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
