Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to be the first voice families hear, guiding inquiries from initial phone call to scheduling ABA services with clear, compassionate communication.

You will verify benefits, upload documents, coordinate referrals in Salesforce and our EMR, schedule appointments with clinical staff, and uphold HIPAA while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service, intake, or referral development.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.
• Healthcare experience with verifications or authorizations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via telephone, email, and website leads.
• Engage internal/external resources to develop referral sources and client acquisition.
• Provide information about Butterfly Effects and services to families and professionals.
• Verify insurance coverage and upload documents into Salesforce and EMR.
• Engage clients to move them forward with services.
• Schedule clients with clinical staff to start ABA therapy.
• Evaluate and improve client communications and referral processes.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
