Qualifications

• Education or experience in the human services field.
• Experience with trauma-informed principles preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, weekends, evenings, and possibly overnight hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process intake paperwork for assistance.
• Initiate screenings based on Client Services protocol and occupancy.
• Orient and settle residents into agency life.
• Distribute resources (food, toiletries, linens) to clients and manage front desk.
• Monitor safety, enforce policies, and check eligibility for resources.
• Administer drug and alcohol testing as necessary.
