Job summary

Home Sweet Home Ministries, Inc. in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Residential Associate to support day-to-day client services, intake processing, and resource distribution. You will assist residents, maintain a welcoming front desk, and help enforce agency policies in a compassionate, Christ-centered environment.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 3:00–11:00pm with an hourly wage of $17.00–$17.50. On-site meals are provided. Prior human services experience is preferred.

• Experience in human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process intake paperwork for assistance at admission.
• Distribute resources to residents and manage front desk duties.
• Monitor safety, enforce policies, and conduct screenings as needed.
