Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Client Services Representative to deliver an excellent frontline customer service experience. You will manage multiple phone lines, handle administrative tasks, and support training events at the Dallas center.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating schedules, assisting with app login issues, and generating enterprise reports. Strong English, MS Office proficiency, and 1–2 years’ related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
• 1-2 years related experience in customer service, hospitality or administration.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients at the front desk.
• Conduct center tours as required.
• Manage visitor log and export compliance as required.
• Coordinate client hotel and car arrangements and luggage tags.
