Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional designations preferred.
• Ten years related experience or equivalent; two years in a supervisory capacity.
• Line of Business Experience: Liability and Workers Compensation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to strengthen client relationships, satisfaction, and retention.
• Lead complex client programs for organizations with sophisticated service models.
• Partner across IT, operations, and business development to remove barriers and improve client experience.
• Use client insights and stewardship reporting to identify opportunities and support renewals.
• Drive growth by cross-selling and negotiating service plan improvements.
