You will schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual channels, maintain a clean, organized office, and support the team with flexible duties as they arise, contributing to a positive client journey.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
