Job summary

Cambridge Associates LLC in Boston seeks a Client Director Associate to support the Endowment and Foundation Practice, driving business development and client relationship support. You will help with RFPs, proposals, pitch materials, and meeting readiness while coordinating with Client Directors and investment teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in business development support, client service, proposals, RFP coordination, consulting, financial services, wealth management, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
• Experience supporting proposals, pitch materials, RFPs, or other business development processes preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate across a range of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative approach and client-service orientation; interest in investments and private clients.

Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts for Endowment and Foundation Practice, coordinating inputs and ensuring high-quality submissions.
• Prepare proposals, pitch materials, prospect meeting documents, and related content for opportunities.
• Coordinate with Client Directors and investment professionals to assemble meeting materials.
• Maintain quality control across materials for consistency and accuracy.
• Track prospect activity, pipelines, and next steps in internal systems.
• Support relationship management activities and post-meeting follow-up as needed.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure coordinated execution and timely delivery.
