City National Bank is seeking a Client Services Professional I to manage servicing needs for a portfolio of clients, applying product knowledge and standard procedures to deliver proactive and reliable solutions. You will handle money movement, account information updates, and other requests, with accountability for decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year client service, operations and/or relationship management support.
• Minimum 1 year documentation, & services client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls, emails, and correspondence from clients and completing requests on the client’s behalf or escalating requests as appropriate.
• Normally receives detailed instruction, guidance and direction on all work; works under general supervision.
• Entrepreneurial ownership of client inquiries with proactive anticipation of needs and problem solving.
• Attending trainings, team meetings, and manager meetings for feedback and development.
