United Business Bank is seeking a Client Service Representative I to handle paying and receiving functions in person, by phone, via mail, and online banking. This onsite role balances daily transactions, assists clients with banking products, and supports cross-selling efforts.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of cash handling or teller experience, and solid communication, math, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Required Knowledge: Teller and Cash Handling Operations procedures. Basic understanding of banking products, services and operations.
• Experience Required: Minimum of 1-year cash handling or teller experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of paying and receiving functions for clients in person, via phone, through the mail and online banking (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, stop payments, wires).
• Balance each day’s transactions and verify cash totals.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping and checking account problems and answer questions about bank products and services.
• Actively cross-sell bank products and services.
• Perform assigned clerical duties and support Branch/Client Service Manager as needed.
