Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a Client Associate to learn the client service cycle, support account teams, and help deliver exceptional service to Gallagher’s clients.

You will assist Client Service Managers with RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, create client presentations, and participate in open enrollment meetings. You will maintain DMS records and support administrative tasks while upholding The Gallagher Way.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/equivalent required with 1 year of directly applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process.
• Assist Client Service Managers with the preparation of RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, and create client presentations.
• Observe and participate in open enrollment meetings, client calls, and email correspondence with clients.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the Document Management System (DMS) and support administrative tasks as needed.
• Uphold The Gallagher Way and maintain professional, ethical standards.
