Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Senior Client Associate to support account teams and deliver exceptional client service. You will learn the business through hands-on experience and collaborate with seasoned colleagues to make client-related decisions.

As you grow, you’ll help manage renewals, coordinate resources, and ensure documentation accuracy. This role emphasizes ethics, teamwork, and a strong service mindset across benefits programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Appropriate licensing as required.
• Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process and help the team retain business.
• Learn Gallagher's network of resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness in delivering client materials.
• Familiarize with Gallagher Professional Standards and Peer Review process to ensure quality in client deliverables.
• Prepare RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, and create client presentations.
• Present in open enrollment meetings, participate on client calls, and respond to clients via email.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the Document Management System (DMS).
• Guide junior teammates and support the broader client service team during peak enrollment season.
• Exhibit high ethical standards and uphold The Gallagher Way.
