Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Client Associate to support account teams and deliver exceptional service to Gallagher’s clients. You will learn the business hands-on, gain industry knowledge, and work alongside experienced team members to make client-related decisions independently.

You will support renewal processes, leverage Gallagher’s resources, and contribute to high-quality client materials while maintaining documentation in the DMS system.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of directly applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree, professional certification, or equivalent training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support the Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process.
• Assist with RFP preparation, coordinate vendor responses, and create client presentations.
• Observe and participate in open enrollment meetings and client calls; respond to emails.
