Job summary

Gallagher is hiring a Senior Client Associate in Cincinnati, OH to support the client service cycle and renewal processes. You will learn Gallagher's resources, assist with RFPs, vendor coordination, and client presentations while building relationships with internal and external partners.

You will participate in enrollment meetings, respond to client inquiries, and help keep client records up to date in the DMS.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of experience.
• Preferred additional Associate's degree or professional certifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Support the employee benefits client service cycle to ensure a smooth renewal process.
• Prepare client materials, coordinate vendor responses, and create presentations.
• Present at enrollment meetings and participate in client calls and emails.
• Maintain accurate records in the document management system (DMS).
• Assist with peak enrollment periods and support the broader client service team.
