Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Associate to support account teams and deliver exceptional service to Gallagher’s clients. You will learn the business, work alongside experienced teammates, and gain hands-on experience to make client-related decisions.

You''ll support renewal processes, learn Gallagher''s resources, and help prepare RFPs, client presentations, and enrollment efforts while building relationships and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1 year direct experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Preferred: Life & Health License within 30 days of employment.
• Preferred: Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Support renewal process to ensure a seamless renewal and help retain business.
• Learn Gallagher’s resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness in delivering client materials.
• Familiarize with insurance industry and Gallagher Professional Standards including Peer Review.
• Assist Client Service Managers with RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, and create client presentations.
• Observe and participate in open enrollment meetings and client communications.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the Document Management System (DMS).
