Job summary

You will contribute to renewal processes, prepare client materials, and coordinate enrollment activities with internal teams and clients. In this role you will develop industry knowledge, learn Gallagher’s standards, and guide junior teammates while maintaining accurate records and delivering high-quality service in a collaborative, ethical

Qualifications

• High School diploma/equivalent with 1 year directly applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Appropriate licensing as required.
• Associate's degree or professional certification or equivalent training and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Employee Benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process.
• Learn Gallagher's resources to improve efficiency and client materials delivery.
• Present in enrollment meetings and participate in client calls.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the Document Management System (DMS).
• Guide junior teammates and support the broader client service team during peak enrollment season.
