Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Associate to support account teams and deliver exceptional service to Gallagher’s clients. You will learn on the job, gaining knowledge of the client service cycle and the benefits landscape while working with experienced teammates.

You will develop industry knowledge, attend client calls, and help prepare client materials, while building professional relationships and practicing strong organizational skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure renewals.
• Learn Gallagher's resources to improve efficiency and client materials.
• Familiarize with the insurance industry and GBS standards, including Peer Review.
• Assist Client Service Managers with RFPs, vendor responses, and client presentations.
• Observe open enrollment meetings, participate in client calls, and respond to clients via email.
• Maintain positive relationships in the office and support with administrative tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the Document Management System (DMS).
• Complete all GBS Employee Benefits curriculum and learn from the team.
• Uphold Gallagher's highest ethical standards.
