Compensation:

• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
• Annual Bonus Target: $8,000, distributed in monthly installments

Average to high-performing Associates typically earn $91,500–$125,000 in total first-year compensation, depending on individual performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; minimum 3.5 GPA.
• December 2026 and January 2027 graduates are eligible to apply.
• May 2026 graduates are eligible with internship or corporate experience since graduation.
• May 2025 graduates are eligible with continuous employment since graduation and may be considered for a higher title and compensation level.
• Approximately 6–18 months of professional experience preferred; internships and experience involving client interaction, problem-solving, or business operations are a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or involvement in academic, athletic, professional, or extracurricular activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished and professional presence.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of professionals.
