Selby Jennings is seeking an Associate to join its New York team. The role focuses on linking clients with industry experts to deliver timely, high-quality insights across multiple sectors.

You'll manage projects end-to-end, work with senior professionals, and develop transferable skills for business, finance, consulting, and strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record (3.5+ GPA preferred).
• 6–18 months of professional experience, including internships or client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, athletics, extracurriculars, or professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Resourceful, proactive, and motivated by achieving goals.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
