  • Perform structured reconciliations and data-quality checks across holdings, weights, performance, metadata, entitlements, reporting outputs, and downstream dependencies.
  • Identify and investigate data discrepancies, production issues, and process gaps.
  • Support production readiness, testing, issue triage, and operational controls.
  • Identify risks early, document conclusions, communicate deviations, and elevate dependencies or concerns through appropriate governance channels.
Process & Documentation
  • Translate business and operational requirements into clear documentation, workplans, procedures, testing evidence, and repeatable processes.
  • Help convert fragmented process knowledge into scalable and sustainable operating standards.
  • Continuously evaluate systems, processes, and procedures for inefficiencies and recommend improvements that strengthen scalability, transparency, operational resilience, and risk mitigation.
  • Contribute to automation, workflow design, data-quality improvements, and platform modernization initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
  • Build effective relationships across business, product, technology, operations, reporting, and client-delivery teams.
  • Coordinate dependencies across global stakeholders to support timely and consistent client outcomes.
