Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Chicago seeks a Client Service Associate to support wealth management operations and deliver exceptional client service. The role involves processing money movements, transfers, and account maintenance while assisting advisors with reporting and client inquiries.

You will maintain accurate client data across CRM, custodian, and planning systems and collaborate closely with advisors in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Client Service Associate or similar wealth management operations role.
• Experience processing money movement, account transfers, and servicing requests.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional client communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Fidelity Wealthscape, and Excel is highly preferred.

Client Service Associate

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience in a wealth management, broker-dealer, or custodian environment who enjoys delivering exceptional client service while supporting the operational side of the business.

In this role, you'll:

• Process money movement requests, account openings, transfers, and account maintenance
• Support advisors with reporting, client service, and operational requests
• Maintain accurate client data across CRM, custodian, and planning systems
• Assist clients with account access and account-related inquiries
• Partner closely with advisors and team members in a collaborative environment
• Take ownership of requests and ensure timely, accurate completion

What we're looking for:
