Rest Assured, LLC is seeking a client services administrator to grow with the team. You will connect our company, services, and clients, supporting managers and pursuing new client opportunities.

Responsibilities include coordinating movables delivery, tracking feedback, and handling phones and emails to ensure outstanding customer service. A focus on white-glove, luxury logistics is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience or desire to grow in art, furniture, and fine art logistics.
• Sales/Marketing experience a plus.
• White Glove knowledge or background in high end sales.
• Exceptional phone and email communication.
• Exceptional Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Support client managers with maintaining & developing client relationships.
• Support the pursuit of new clientele opportunities.
• Coordinate delivery/pick-up of movables with CSR/Warehouse staff, vendors and carriers.
• Track and log feedback for discussion and possible implementation.
• Provide general customer service including phone and email handling.
