California Bank & Trust in Palmdale is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to be the face of the branch, delivering attentive, personalized service while guiding clients through daily banking needs.

You will process transactions, open accounts, issue cards, and assist with transfers. The role emphasizes cross-selling bank products, accuracy, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ months cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies and maintain balancing records.
• Identify client needs by offering a variety of services such as account openings, transfers, checks, and card activations.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referral to branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• May be reassigned to an alternate branch location within 30 miles with notice.
• Other duties as assigned.
