Zions Bancorporation’s California Bank & Trust division is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) for the Mountain View, CA branch. You will be the face of the branch, handling daily transactions and assisting clients with banking needs in a friendly, accurate manner.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and >=6 months cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing debit and credit transactions in accordance with policies; maintain balanced records.
• Identify and address clients’ needs by offering a variety of banking services.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals to branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities through client needs exploration.
• May be reassigned to an alternate branch location within ~30 miles as needed.
