Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Client Service Specialist to support Producers and Marketing Account Executives on large and complex accounts. You will deliver exceptional client service, build durable carrier relationships, and mentor colleagues while staying current on coverages, guidelines, and legislative changes.

Strong communication, five years in insurance, and a licensed background are required. Occasional travel may be needed, with a focus on client satisfaction and accurate coverage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required.
• Five years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Appropriate insurance license(s) required.
• Strong client relations and communication skills; service orientation and tactfulness.
• Leadership skills with ability to mentor others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel occasionally overnight.

Responsibilities

• Support Producer and Marketing Account Executive on larger/complex clients.
• Provide exceptional client service and act as a mentor to colleagues.
• Be knowledgeable of coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, and legislative changes; maintain client relationships.
• Develop strong relationships with carriers and market accounts as requested by Producer and/or Marketing Account Executive.
