Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency LLC is seeking a Client Service Specialist to partner with the Sales Center and Remarketing teams to ensure quality service at a support level. The role requires knowledge of coverages, maintaining client relationships, and timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.

The position emphasizes licensed Property & Casualty insurance credentials, collaboration, and growth within a supportive production team, aligned with MMA’s client-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education and/or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially telephone demeanor.
• Independent thinking with an ambitious goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong team player worth ethic and willingness to help reach all goals.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Center and Remarketing to ensure quality service at a support level.

• Provide timely follow-up and clear communication across teams.
